Bank of America claims phone number?

I received a card notifying me that $24 dollars overdrawn on an account I never know I had. I called customer Service and the young lady helping me found out I had an account that had not been active since 1997, and the $24.00 represented the accounts annual fee. Mind you, I received no statements on this account. I surmise that over the years the account was debited for the bank's fees until the account was drained and your latest fee created an overdraft. I consider the situation unfair; the Bank did not provide me statements or otherwise bother to contact me regarding this account until the balance was drained and the account was tipped into withdrawal status. I have asked that the account be closed. The only information I have on the account are the last four numbers of the account, to wit, 8401.
