Why does Club Penguin has member ship?

It may seem like lots of things have been for members lately, and that's true, but that's only because Disney took over the Club Penguin Company. You need to let them figure out what everyone likes, and maybe sooner or later, they might cut back on their strictness. But until then, try to have some fun!
