Is there any medication for pedophiles?

Pedophilia is classified as a sexual orientation by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition. It is not possible to stop a pedophilic individual from being attracted to children. To date, there is no effective treatment that can change pedophilia, chemical or otherwise.
