A responsible health care provider will offer urine STD testing at the time of a pregnancy test if a patient is under 25, has a recent change in partner, or requests testing. But a pregnancy test itself doesn't test for STDs; a separate test must be done on the urine. If you'd like testing, ask for it by name, and if you're not sure if you were tested, contact the health care provider to ask.
