What happened to Mr.Frank after he got arrested by the nazi police in the diary of Anne Frank?

He wa sent to a work camp, under a standard Nazi punishment of "hiding Jews", and several months later, was on a work detail that was in some farm fields. The work detail was strafed by British Spitfires, and in the confusion, he escaped. He gradually made his way to his home town of Hilvesrum, and hid there until liberation (only a few weeks later).
