Phil is married to Renne (Bella's Mom), he is Baseball player. I think he met Renne in Phoenix. He is Bella's Step Dad and travels a lot for baseball. Bella likes him because he makes Renne happy, so she is happy too. Phil is not a bad guy, for he is good :) he makes RENEE happy! You spelled renee wrong! its r-e-n-e-e!
