Im on the top of the list on section 8 in independence mo how long would it before you get your letter?

this is rebecca lee ann torres i put my self for section 8 waiting list about 2 years ago i just want to know how long it's going to take.. i just want to tranfor my Kansas city voucher(SAVE INC) two independence voucher(SECTION 8) so i can get out of sterling court apts it's not good over here and i live here for 2 years with my roommate jon weber.. and im looking for a house at lees 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom screen patio,neberhood watch wrap round patio, land, victoran style house for rent , big kitchen with every thing in it like gas stove and more, open plan, dinning room,living room,main lundry room,nice huge basement,and a big back yard and a fence yard.. for my 2 dog's.. looking for a 900sq ft or more and i love landscaping.. on the independence sq. so i can be close 2 my mom and my bf mom and a bus line.. so i can get some were like grocery store or more.. i live at 4023 harvard cir apt 101 kansas city mo 64133.. my cell # (816) 372-3995.. i do have ssi $710 and i used some of that money for food.. i can pay half my rent $215 only.. that's how much i pay for my apt.. then my voucher pays the rest.. because i don't have a job for 13 years.. but i do have a caseworker throw eitis... i just want my dreams come true..
