What does a small treble clef tattoo under the eye mean?

It can mean one of three things. 1. The person wants to let the world know they are interested in music. 2. They want to let the world take notice of them and hopefully think that they are very brave to be tattooed so close to their eyes. 3. They are most likely a little strange and love to be different or do what their friends do, so as to be accepted by them.
