In jazz vocal terms, a "whiskey mouth" refers to a style in which the vocalist over emphasizes the R syllable, as some people do when they've over indulged in alcohol consumption. Example: "Yesirree" or "No officerrr, I have not been drinking".

It's actually used quite a bit by singers and is sometimes referred to as "corners" in their vocal stylings.
