First, Go to your membership page (Store, like how you bought your VIP membership) Then you can see all of the VIP passes you can buy, There should be a button there. Click it. If this kind of membership is not what you meant,

If you mean a relationship , You can go to your friends list, Find "Relationships", Then choose someone and find the Delete button. Click it.
