How to reset computer?

To reset/restart a computer: Find start, then find the button that says "Shutdown" next to that button there will be this button "[l>]" click on it and then select the "Restart" function.

To Reset computer to brand new: find the installation disk that was used to install the operating system, and insert it into the CD/DVD drive or flash drive that stores the Operating System: press "F12" repeatedly until the boot drive option appears, it will be a list of options that you can select to run the installation, follow the installation wizard, enter the registration key that came with the OS system, and it will overwrite your current OS, and make it appear like first time use.
