Where can i find kinn's the medical assistant study guide online?

As far as I can tell, there is little to no help online for Kinn's "The Medical Assistant" or any accompanying study guide. In addition, the companion CD that comes with the text is of little to no help unless you are studying one of about six or seven chapters it covers (and the book has 40+ chapters). I believe you must purchase the study guide along with the book, or separately on a site like Amazon. But again, finding help online is all but obsolete. Looks like you'll have to do your studying the old fashioned way -- flashcards and notes, and lots and lots of hours.... Good luck!
