J.K. Rowling has an older daughter, Jessica Rowling Arantes (born 1993), after this child she was divorced. Her first husband was Jorge Arantes.

On December 21, 2001 J.K. Rowling married Neil Murray, and the couple have two children. Son David was born in 2003 and daughter Mackenzie in 2005.
