What can you use to clear sores on the ear lobs caused by earrings?

Thats tough to say since I dont know what's actually causing the sores. Is it because of poor quality jewelry or a metal allergy? It definitely isn't normal to get sores. I suggest you either stop by a piercing shop and ask or go see a doctor :)
