There are many pill's and product's that can help you get rid of thc form your system it really depend's on your time frame if there is no rush then do it naturally by working out,drinking water and staying smoke free.
If it is an issue with time and it need's to be done for let's say a pre-employment drug test and you smoked 2 days ago. Then you will want something that will flush your system quickly even if it may not be permanent.
