Was Scott pelley married to Margaret pelley?

They are brother and sister. They both graduated from Coronado High School in Lubbock, Texas and were one year apart. Her last name was Mintkenbaugh, but she took her brother's last name (Pelley) later. She is now Margaret Pelley Larson.
