How can I use magicjack to make a free call to Philippines?

The Magic Jack will work in the Philippines. If the person setting up the account wants to make free calls to the United States they need to choose to have a United States number when they register the product. If they get a Philippines number then they would need to purchase international calling minutes to call outside of the Philippines.
