Yes, the dogs can eat ladybugs, but it would be a bad idea.

Usually when you try to pinch and hold the ladybug a yellowish liquid comes out between the the ladybug. its a some type of acid to protect its self from birds. when the birds drink this kind of liquid it gets a stomachache, it will be really hard to let the bird fly. so if you feed a ladybug to a dog your dog will kind of act weird like it needs a stomach bomb.
