Can you take seroquel with mirtazapine?

I am currently on 600 mg of Seroquel and 30 mg of mirtazapine. so far so good and am doing so under the advisement of a Psychiatrist.

Higher doses of mirtazapine need to be done only witha dr's consent due to the mirtazapine effecting manic episodes.
