You are not going to get a good answer until you put in all the perameters that you want in, on, around your pool, pool equipment. Type of finish in the pool, type of decking, automated elaborate systems to run and manage the pool. Do you want round, rectangular, oval, free form, lap pool, extra deep end for diving, rocks or fountains, fire pits, slides, diving board, landscaping, lighting, fiberglass, plaster finish, vinyl lined, type of Fencing, pool covers ( bubble, bubble with a reel system, automatic with hydraulic open/close system). Do you want to have the pool equipment enclosed with a fence or a shed or a some sort of building or do you want the equipment in your garage? With the lighting, - do you want low cost low voltage, or conventional and elaborate lighting in and around the pool? What about a sanitizing system - salt, etc. -- automatic pool cleaner? Well, I think you get the idea.
