What is a 1972 Columbia tourist expert 3 bicycle worth?

I bought one two years ago for $30. But it needed new tires and to be cleaned up and tuned generally. If it were in perfect condition, probably about $90 to $100 tops. If it needs tires or is missing parts - maybe $25 to $30.
