Why won't my Kodak EasyShare record sound with its videos?

Assuming the camera has a speaker built in, it sounds to me that the volume level is turned down. I would suggest playing the video and then pressing the up button a few times. It works like that on my pentax camera so I should think it is fairly similar.

If that doesn't work, then you need to go into menu /settings and find the volume control.
