other way:

you can get an account on sims2.com and download stuff.

cheat:

you could press ctrl+shift+c while in create-a-sim mode all at the same time and type in exactly: boolproptestingcheatsenabled true. then press shift+c.

then a sign Will come up in the corner saying debugging mode is on, don't worry nothing has damaged your game. Now you've unlocked some new outfits.
