YHWH is Hebrew, unrelated to the Indo-European languages. Jupiter is from the Latin Iupeter, which is from the earlier proto-Indo European. The Hebrews had One God, while the Romans had many gods. Even their "chief god" is portrayed in human form, "had brothers," "asked for human sacrifice," etc.
However, at the very earliest stage of European history (centuries prior to the classical Romans), before the Word Jupiter had come to mean what it later did, its earlier form (dyeu-pater; "god-father," from deiw-os "god" + pater "father") may have referred to One God alone, not among others. In that case, He would be the Creator, not some myth; and would be the Creator whom the Hebrews worshiped.
