Can palm oil use for auto lubricant?

I don't think Palm Oil would be a suitable Auto Lubricant. Auto lubricants are formulated to perform under extreme conditions, in order to maintain consistent viscosity and lubricative properties. Palm oil would be too thin and would tend to break down quickly in terms of engine protection, and would not withstand the extremes of temperature within an engine.

Good in cooking foods, but not for cars
