How do you say sorry to someone who you have not seen a long time and you don't know how to say it?

Well, it kinda depends on who and what. Id probibly say...hey, um...i know its been awhile, but i havnt forgotten about _______, and i know i never gave you the ______that you deserved, and i cant begin to tell you just how truly sorry i am. and take it from there =] good luck!
