Does PA law require you to remove deceased spouse from vehicle registration?

you have to have a certificate of death,and be executor of the will, then go to a title store, talk with well seasoned person,and let them do their work ! if they can't help you go on line to PA DOT. hunt down a sub topic or get a toll free phone number,talk to a person and tell them your problem. they can send you the correct forms(even fax them). don't be afraid to level with them, it will get the job done quicker.
