The IT-CEO sc700u is a cell phone battery backup. It says its a 2600mAh battery and the solar panel says its 0.8w but does not list a solar mAh rating. How long will it take to solar-charge?

8 to 10 hours of direct sunlight for a full solar charge according to Amazon.com in the technical specs. I am still waiting for mine to charge over 20% and it's been around 2 hours, so I don't know for sure, but I'm testing it.
