What oil should be used in a P reg Vauxhall Vectra diesel?

10/40 is ideal for this injection Diesel engine ==new answer== I would always use a semi-synthetic blend,much better protection than straight mineral.I use Millers oils,the Vauxhall branded sem-synth is very good too.
