What time Gulliver comes in Animal Crossing DS?

he comes around between 6.00am to 12.ooam

he comes at 32 past any hour any date.

^ that's not exaccly true....

when gulliver came to my town, it was at 8:57.

It can be at any month, any time in the morning, and you hear a noise just before he comes. He comes quite fast, so it'd be easier if you have a golden slingshot!
