How do you unlock the new goblin in Spider-Man3?

there is no way to unlock the new goblin in spiderman 3 for any system you buy him on the Xbox 360 or the ps3 if u have xbox live or online for ps3 or xbox on the pc i dont know because i dont have a pc but i think you download it or something i dont know how to get it for the pc
