What is the average number of puppies in a litter of Pomeranian puppies?

Depending on the size of the dog, I have had a litter as large as 6 puppies but the dog weighs 10lbs - i have also had a litter as small as 2 puppies but from a smaller dog. I have read that the average litter for a pomeranian is 4.
