Can leopard tortoises have another tortoise in there enclosure if not born in the same group?

Of course! They are like every other living thing, requiring company, and loving attention. Unless the tortoise is very ornery and will fight with other animals, no problem! My two males get along beautifully, like they were brothers. Some say males shouldn't be together, so maybe it's because one's not breeding size yet. My little one loves attention and follows the others around. Just make sure they aren't sick or anything, and won't attack other tortoises, and leave plenty of proper food out so they won't fight over food. Also, have a large outdoor enclosure, if possible, so they can get away from each other if they want to be solitary. Mine climb the steps to get away from the other ones!
