Does methone tablet show up on urine as an opioid 10 mg and how long does it take it out?

I don't know what "methone" means in this instance; I'm assuming you're not trying to swallow one of Saturn's moons, even if it is one of the smaller ones.

Methadone does not show up in the standard opioid test. However, it will very definitely show up on tests designed specifically to test for it.

The proper thing to do if you're taking any prescription medication is to inform the person giving the test; that way they can ignore known false positive results or use a more accurate method.
