How do you download SSBB for dolphin?

Well only PAL is supported by dolphin so people like me in the U.S.A. either have to import a game from Europe and make an iso of that or download it via torrent. Just search SSBB Pal or something at itll come up. Once downloaded. It will be in an iso format. Have dolphin execute that file and viola!
