What are the objectives about applying a job for a call center agent?

I want to work as a call center agent because it has a high salary,(not so really high)but it can help me to provide my family needs.It can also help me to develop my customers service skills as well as my communication and speaking skills.it also enjoyable because you are interacting with different people.
