What is wrong with the heating in my Peugeot Expert if the fuses are fine and the air is heated but the fan stopped working?

the heater on my scudo is exatly the same but now and again it will run for a couple of seconds but will stop sounding like its jamming so ill have to strip it down and investigate hope its not to hard to remove
