Where do you find machamp in pokemon sapphire?

After you beat 3 of the four band members you find some on your way to the fourth member. P.S.: They are hard to capture.

Machamp can also be found in Krokka Tunnel; There is a cave in the top-middle of a room with a bunch of Zubat. Inside that cave is where Machamp is.
