What would you wear with a royal blue bubble dress?

Try to stick to a color pallet. You could wear some red, white or black to go all American or stick to pink, green, brown or purple. You should wear some pumps and possibly a high-waisted sweater that goes with your color pallet. If it has straps don't go heavy on the jewelry but if it is strapless heavy jewelry can be a good thing. Royal blue would be good with some silver, gold or grey jewelry but any other color could be risky. Don't wear boots with this dress or you might look like you got a dress, put a blindfold on, and randomly picked out a pair of shoes. If this dress is like Lady Gaga's and really is made to look like bubbles, forget what I just wrote and think about finding a new dress.
