Which auto insurance company has the best rates than all other competitors?

With my personal experiences the top companies are Geico, Progressive and Allstate. It also really depends on what plan you want to take as they all have different plans for Auto Insurence, but I would go with either Progressive or Allstate. It's really up to you in the end.
