Make a pokeball

i don't really know what u mean by make a pokeball but u could draw one: make a ball, put a line in the middle of it and a little circle and color the top red and the bottom stays white. but in regular Pokemon Video Games, to get pokeballs you have to go into a town with a poke mart in it. hope this helped.
