You have worn a band-aid for 4 days due to a minor cut now the top and side of your finger has tiny white raised bumps like blisters your finger is now red swollen and warm to the touch Any ideas why?

Your described symptoms are consistent with an infection - you probably either didn't clean it before bandaging it or it's become dirty since. In either case, you need to get it cleaned out immediately. If you're already showing pus blisters (the white bumps) it's already pretty well infected and you should get to your doctor to have them look at it, and soon. If you let it go without cleaning and proper treatment, at the very least you could lose either part or all of your finger. Worst case you could get blood poisoning from the infection and get very sick, and even die if it's bad enough.
