A man can enter the vagina with his penis using considerably more force than you can push a finger or a tampon. He has his entire body weight plus the ability to use his legs to push harder.

If it still won't break after a man tries a couple of times, or there is extreme pain then it's time to see a gynecologist to see if there are underlying problems.
