How old did you have to be to volunteer for Vietnam?

Not drafted into Vietnam. A man could be drafted into the military and NOT go to Vietnam. He could be stationed anywhere.

Most men that were drafted were in their early twenties, a very few got conscripted at 19 (compared to the 20 or 21 or 22 age group).
