What were Hitler's three mistakes?

Barbarossa- he started too late to avoid winter and also while still at war with Britain. He should have waited until Britain defeat. He could have defeated Britain more than once but stopped short allowing them to resupply. At one point things were so bad Britain had a plan in place to use civilians to oust the invaders with guerrilla tactics that never became necessary. He also let Japan draw US into war and underestimated Italian ally. They were useless to him. Also against his generals advice initial main sweep into Russia was not towards Moscow and they were tricked by Propaganda, they were fooled on D day where main thrust of attack would be and not enough forces there. He also went against advice on some potential new weapons, Germany could have easily had jets
