Piece that says VN Balboa on front and a ship on the back it also has a loop for a chain is this a replica coin it is gold color?

i don't know but i have 1 to its set in a broach that looks like gold i dug it up it might have been there along time yours is the only 1 one i have found in any of the places i have looked it fell out the setting andwas like new were it was set theres a chain that gos around the ship and has a lock at the bottom if you find out let me know ill look here for reply
