How long do you deep fry a 6 pound turkey breast?

It's extremely dangerous to fry a turkey over 12 pounds. The amount of oil required and the size of the pot required makes it very hard to manage. Also, the moisture in the larger turkeys tends to make the oil boil up vigorously and can make it boil over out of the pot and start a fire.
