Can a teacher touch a student?

YeS but only if the teacher is separating students,guiding them out a clasroom or sometimes if a student is upset they can pat them on the back. They are not allowed to touch anywere private they could loose their job! It is also against the law to go out or have a sexual relationship with your teacher unless you have graduated or he leaves the school you attend and he teaches at. Hope this answered your question.
