After changing the driver side brake lights on a 93 Saturn Sl both tail lights not coming on when the headlights are turned on also the inside dash light only comes on when the brakes are applied?

it sounds like your wires have been reversed, check your light assembly against the other side that you did not change and make sure they match. You more than likely have a ground problem. These type problems are very difficult to find. Good luck.
