What is modern method of family planning?

There are lots of modern methods. The most recently approved by the FDA is Implanon. It's a small tube of hormones that is inserted into a woman's arm by a nurse or doctor. It gradually releases hormones and prevents pregnancy for up to 3 years. It's available at most Planned Parenthoods.
